About the Project

Access Plus Financial Corporation (Access+) is a large, consumer-focused financial services company. Our team identified a new opportunity to solve an unmet need among a segment of our customers: parents whose young-adult children (18–20 years old) are managing their finances for the first time.

To understand this new customer segment, we created a target persona and developed our problem statement. Then, our team focused on how to solve the problem best.
