About the Project
Welcome to Thursday morning at Two Birds, One Stone publishing, that crunch between the week’s half-way point and Friday relief. Thursdays are always a rush for the Two Birds product team.
There’s a lot to get done, and most of which involves having important conversations with stakeholders. Today is particularly stressful because the team had a big code release last night and it hasn’t gone smoothly.
This morning my inbox is full of requests, updates, and messages that you need to respond to. I also have a cross-functional activity in the afternoon. Tomorrow I have a recurring product update meeting with key stakeholders, and I still need to finish your presentation deck.
It’s a lot to get done in a short period of time, but it’s important that I’m aligned with my stakeholders so I’m clear on actions and priorities for next week.
